Today’s Prompt: What is your favorite part about yourself?

I love the fact that I can be creative.
I also love that I’m empathetic.
You know what? I think I’m just going to write out a list of positive things about myself. Because reminders of good things about yourself are a great way to combat low self-esteem.
I love that I’m left handed.
I love that I can create music, however imperfect.
I love that I can make art.
I love the fact I can be funny.
I love that I can run.
I love that I appreciate nature.
I love that I can improve.
I love that I can tell myself things will be okay some day.
I love that I can get enough sleep most nights.
I love the fact I’m capable of self-reflection.
I’m grateful that I’m aware of when I think bad things about myself.
I love that I can cook food.
I love that I can be kind to people.
I love that I can be kind to myself.
I love that I can endure.
I love that I have hope.
I love that healing is possible.
I love that I can cry.
I love the senses I have.
I love that I have depth as a person.
I love the fact I can be patient.
